Australia's Sunshine Coast

The Sunshine Coast of Australia sits to the north of Brisbane in Queensland.  It is a popular tourist area, but is not so flashy or commercialised as the Gold Coast that sits to the south.  SidneyMorgan has written an interesting and informative Hub all about the Sunshine Coast, outlining it's main resorts and attractions.

The Sunshine Coast has beautiful sandy beaches, that are ideal for swimming, and water sports.  There are many resorts to stay in such as Noosa, with its beautiful beach and famous koalas, chic Mooloolaba with its alfresco cafes, wharf and Underwater World, or Maroochydore with its golden sands and good shopping.

Away from the coast visit Buderim Waterfalls Park, Australia Zoo, and explore the Glass House Mountains region.  There is something for every traveller to enjoy on the Sunshine Coast!
